modern hotel spacious rooms convenient location
the hotel design incorporated many modern trends. the rooms offered ample space. i especially appreciated the convenient location, close to many attractions.
the gym equipment selection was limited.

weak air conditioning dismissive staff
the weak air conditioning was a serious problem. despite setting it to 18°c, the room remained at 22°c. staff seemed dismissive and offered no viable solutions. i found this unacceptable.

Superb Stay in a Quiet Location
early check-in convenient location comfortable bed tasty pastries
I was very happy to be offered an early check-in upon arrival. The location proved very convenient, and the room had a good size. I found the lobby to be a good space for working and relaxing (plus the pastries were very tasty!). The bed was ultra comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The gym is not very well equipped, I've expected more than few devices.

the room was super clean and the design was pleasing.
The air conditioning barely worked. it was way too hot, even with it set to the lowest temperature. This made it difficult to sleep. the staff were unhelpful and acted like i was exaggerating, very frustrating.
